Hello! I'm a student journalist working on an article for my high school's news website on raising chickens for meat. I've harvested birds in the past, and think that it's something that's both interesting and relevant, especially as the area I live in is very dependent on grocery store chicken.
However, I'd really like to be able to include some pictures of meat birds/ processing/ etc, because I've never taken any and I think that would be really interesting to include and for people to see. I've noticed through talking to friends that most people have no idea what a meat chicken even looks like, let alone any idea how it gets to the table.
Does anyone have some pictures of their meat birds/ processing equipment/ harvest that I could use in the article? I'd give credit by linking back to your byc profile (or using your name, your choice)
Thank you! :)

Don't know if it's what you're looking for, but here's a link to a thread I did with my first solo bird. Not a "meat" bird per se, but I've found they're all made of meat
