How long should Yolko be in Iso?

Yesterday, I discovered my smallest white Silkie - Yolko Ono - had a bloody spot on her back. Further investigation uncovered pulled feathers between her wings. I've isolated her in a cage with food, water, and a heat lamp for night. I've also sprayed her liberally with Blu-Kote. Any idea how long I need to keep her away from the other birds, assuming she's not doing this herself? I suspect Moe the Roo (the old horn-dog). This is my first experience with an injured bird and she is really quite sad in iso.

Oh, and how do I re-integrate her?

She will always be low on totem pole and reintroduction will be tough. If you can find the culprit and isolate that bird your better off as it allows the timid bird to establish itself in flock with the aggressive bird gone. The isolated bird when reintroduced will regain top status again but in that time will be not over pecking the timid bird and may allow it in flock thereafter. Or you may just have one over aggressive bird that needs to go. Like people, some birds are jerks and go beyond establishing dominance to constant bully. These birds must be dealt with accordingly. Stew pots will get them tender.

I suspect another hen not the rooster.

so is it okay for me to put her back in now? She's only been away from the others for a day. Will the Blue kote protect her wound? It's a small one.
