3 week old EE. 3 row pea comb however its pale and only center row slightly raised. The salmon breast is what gives me hope of hen. Ive read thats only in pullets. Any guesses

From the way it is standing in the last picture tells me male. also, the comb is a little big for the age. My guess would be cockerel.

With a comb that developed, definitely a cockerel. I've had several boys with red chests.

Cockerel. Those red patches on the wings tell the tale.
The salmon breast indicating gender is only true in black breasted red colored birds. Then, the males are, well, black breasted and the females have the light brown/salmon color.
