Hi all
I have a four day old chick and she seems to have straddled leg.
I have used a band aid and the hair tie method for the last two days. There seems to be no change I need advice.

Please help :(

Can you post some photos or a video of your chick?
Is she able to get to water and food?

Keep her hydrated and give some Vitamin B2(Riboflavin) - you can crush a human B-Complex vitamin and add it to her feed.

She is only seems to eat and drink if I help her. Thank you I will get some Riboflavin today. She cannot walk except on her hocks.

I am really worried she won't get better.
 
Her toes look like they are curling in as well. Hopefully with the riboflavin and the correction you have made, she will start to improve.

Unfortunately some chicks are born with deformities or underlying conditions that we may not be able to see or correct.
