Somethings wrong with my baby chick

So about 2 hours ago they were all fine (I have 6 baby chicks) when i went to check on them again there were only five, i freaked! Then i noticed a little lump under the woodchips and there was the 6th one. I have no idea what happened to it. It can't walk or stand up, but its breathing and drank some water but won't eat. Its chirping alot and moves alot. What is it? What can I do? (It does not have a pasty butt)

Pictures of your brooder setup? What method are you using to keep them warm? Is there enough space in the brooder for a cool zone?

They were brought to me by surprise so i was not ready, but its a card board box with wood chips, a food plate and miniwater bowl on one side. Its warm all over, but not extremely warm. I have a small heater for them. If its above 70 we take put them outside sometimes. All the other chicks are fine. This happened in the span of 2 hours

Chicks can't maintain their body temp, so they need both a warm zone of about 90* and a cool, room temp zone. You can use a heat lamp or a heating pad to provide the necessary warmth. A heater will warm too much area and not allow enough of a cool zone.

Until i can get a heat lamp, what should i do about my sick chick?

You must get it warmed up ASAP. Holding against your chest may help. And you NEED to find a way to provide the rest of them adequate warmth as well, or they won't last more than 24 hours. These are basically new born babies that have you have taken on. They are pretty delicate during their first week of life.

They're about two weeks old now actually!

Those chicks are not more than a week old, or they are severely stunted. They should be at least twice their size and have a lot more wing feathering. How long have you had them and what are they getting to eat?
