Broody hen pecking at any eggs I try to give her

I have recently had a bantam hen go broody. She is currently sitting on a nest of her own little bantam eggs. Part of the problem is that I don't want any more bantams because I can't make money off of their eggs. Today, when I offered her a new egg to sit on, she started pecking at it instead of tucking it underneath her. I'm worried that if I try to give her any more eggs, she'll break them instead of trying to hatch them. Is there anything I can do, or must I give up and take all eggs away from her?

Collect all the eggs you want her to hatch. Mark them with a Sharpie if she's where another hen can access the nest. When you have the number you want, go out at night. Pick her up and set her down just outside the nest. Remove the bantam eggs, place the desired eggs in the nest. Pick her back up and place her on the nest. She'll have no idea you did a switcheroo and settle right down.
