In the Brooder
G’Day from down under KMead23Welcome!
Adorable little ones you have there. I like to use chickenalities to describe them
I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.
If you would like to share more pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out
Greetings from Kansas, KMead23, and! Great to have you in our community! You did it right - research first, then birds! Feel free to ask any questions you might have along the way - BYC is a friendly bunch!
And if you'd like to chat with fellow WV poultry folks, find your state thread in the link below and say howdy! https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/270925/find-your-states-thread
Great picture of some nice little birds.
They are a blast to raise. Each one different from the other.
And if you need us, we'll try to answer questions that may pop
up from time to time. There's some pretty smart chicken people
here. I'm not one, don't ask me anything.
Spook
Thanks y'all! It's pretty exciting. I have wanted them for a long time and my neighbor finally let her broody hens sit on a few and offered me the Ayam Cemani so we had to get him some siblings as well
