Questions! First Hatch - Cortunix Quail

I have nine cortunix quail eggs in the incubator. This is my first hatch ever. They are on day 18. Two pipped on day 16, one of them hatched on day 17. No progress from the other one and no other eggs have even pipped.

My questions: when do I move my single baby to the brooder. And when do I throw in the towel on the rest of the eggs?
 
Quail babies start looking for food pretty quickly so I'd move your chick as soon as possible. Show it the food and water and scatter water on the floor so that where ever it pecks it will find food. It will cry a lot looking for friends so it might need the odd cuddle. My early bird spent a bit of time in my pocket with a little heat pack.

Your other pipper needs checking on as it may need help. Check the membrane isn't sticking to it, shrinkwrapping it. How's your humidity? You can peel back a bit of the shell (try not to tear the membrane) to try and see what's going on and if it's still alive. The membrane should be white. If it's turning yellow then it's drying out. You can carefully dap it with water to wet it.

For the others you can hold the eggs fat end up to your ear and see if you can hear them tapping. If you can candle them that will reveal any that have pipped internally. Sometimes pips are hard to see. Hopefully you'll hatch some buddies for your lonely only.
