In the Brooder
As some of you may know my son built me this for a Christmas present for my 6 chicks. We just finished it 2 weeks ago and they love it I have made some changes which I do not have in the pictures, but i raised the nesting boxes and put curtains up over them. I finished the outside run and made it out of heavy wire to keep my 150 lb dog out and coyotes, those are my 2 biggest predators. I do not let them out of the coop unless I am home, I am not that brave yet. Everyone picks on me and says that we have built a condo for the chicks. I am thinking ahead also, I might want more next year.
