I wonder if anyone has run into this question when going through inspections.
Where I am planning on putting my run is 11 feet from a neighbors garage corner,
I called the inspector last week and he made it sound like a garage was considered part of the 15 foot rule, but in reading through all the city and county handouts, it sounds like the 15 foot minimum applies to houses not garages.
Has anyone run into this? Can I build the coop closer than 15 feet to a neighbors garage?
Help would be much appreciated. I was hoping to start building tomorrow, but I don't want to risk having to tear the thing out and build it twice.
