I am not sure if there has already been a brahma thread or not. Anyway, Lets make this the thread to post all of your pics of your light, dark, buff-standard, bantam, brahmas for everybody to see. I'll get mine up soon.

Oh great! Now with everything else I've got to do tomorrow I now have to go out and take new pics of the flock. Okay, I'll do it.

I'm a lousy photographer and I've yet to be able to get a pic of my dark brahma roo in just the right sunlight to show the absolutely beautiful shades of purple on his wings and the green in his tail. See ya tomorrow.

Sounds great! I am interested in dark brahmas as I adore my light brahma flock. I'm gonna hold you to it, lol

I've got some light and dark brahma bantams that are around 5 weeks old, and 1 buff brahma bantam around the same age. I've taken lots of pictures but cant upload anything right now.

I have a question about their sex- is there anyway to tell at around 5 weeks based on their feathering?

Cute! Is that a dark brahma? I'm not good with brahmas as I did not plan on getting them but they came as packing peanuts. Great breed and I will definitely get more.

Two of my Roosters. Front is 1st generation. (His foot feathering is gone cause he pulls it out)

Back is 2nd generation. A little improved. Still growing.

Front one is being sold tomorrow. His quailty just isn't good. But he has become a favorite. Bye bye, my friend.

2nd generation hen. He name is Limpy. She is probably our worst Brahma as far as standards. But she too is a pet. >.< We always get attached to the ones that need to go. Note her messing lacing on her back. She should be white. Except her tail and hackles.

Sorry. But my good hens are currently torn up due to roosters. So no pictures.

Sadly for me some of my roosters are leaving tomorrow. Good news for the hens though.

here are 2 buff bantam brahmas they a 2 weeks old here. They are both very sweet and docile and like being held. Hoping they are both pullets. They will be 3 week on monday so I will do another photoshoot
