I have one of the silliest songs in my head, and it won't get out!

Little Green Frog

mmm-aah went the little green frog one day.
mmm-aah went the little green frog.

And his eyes went mmm-ahh mmm-aah-aah


There's more to it, of course, but WHY do I have that in my head?
 
Ha! I can totally relate. My girls like me to sing them the "Bushel and peck" song each night at bedtime. I've had that silly song stuck in my head for 3 years! Can't get it OUT!

I watch 3- 2 years old during the day so silly songs are a part of my every day, and I have my own to kids....I have heard them all!

We used to sing the Little Green Frog song with our high school theatre group. My daughter doesn't actually know it. Yet. We haven't had the group for almost 3 years now. Our reign ended the year my daughter was born. It just popped into my head randomly.
 
Funny you should mention that. Woke up with a jingle in my head:

"I don't want to grow up, I'm a Toys' R Us kid, there's a million toys at Toys 'R Us that I can play with! More bikes, more trains, more video games, it's the biggest toy store there is! I don't want to grow, because then if I did, I wouldn't be a Toys 'R Us kid!"

Fifth day of DH's vacation and the fifth day in a row that it's rained all day! I wonder if there's a connection?

Oh crimeny, why did you start this! I remember an alphabet song, started out A is for an apple red, B is for a baby bed, C is for a circus clown who's upside down. Then something about a little man and you can not tell, D is for a doggie who wags his tail. E is for an elephant, putting up a circus tent, F is for a froggie sitting on a log. Brother.
