I thought they were younger..around my girls ages...PeakyBeaky, right?...she has nice birds. Mine are so loving..so much different than the first two, although i did get them from her, they were older. I think these girls were handled a bit more...they really do like itMy BLRW chicks are only around 3 months old, no eggs from them yet. Looks like I have 3 hens and 4 boys. Need to figure out which boy I want to keep. Can't have 4 roos on 3 girlsSo hard to choose which one I want to keep.

Hello from Ocala Florida! Hang in there!
alot of people are having hawk issues...their numbers must be getting greater. We have them around hear, but the neighbors up the "hill" let their chickens free-range 24/7..so..don't think those "birds" are interested in mine too much....you got to do, what you got to do...JMO..ask me no questions and I'll tell you no liewent out tonight to lock the chickens in the A frame, i had a visitor standing in the back door looking in, course he flew away real fast when i got to the coop, so going to be sss if he comes back, altho beautiful, theres no room for a redtail around here. my crows usually keep them away, but not tonight.
just watched the "future" radar thing..yuck!.it will be "interesting"So who's ready for the storm to hit starting tomorrow? Western half of the state should see snow, but more snow to the laurel highlands and southern parts of the state (western half) and as you go north less snow and I believe once past the mountains should change over to rain.
Going to be interesting but I don't worry about these little storms moving through, just when they talk about blizzard conditions then it gets my attention as I'm happy. Love BIG snow storms!!!
