I have enough room for about 100 chickens. I currently have six chickens and two ducks outside. I think I can squeeze in a few more!

All of my birds are singers. I think I'm going to have a Wynonna Judd too. Hmmmm. Whitney Houston, ... I need to think of a few more names. I'll be keeping one boy, and he will be Meat Loaf. My current rooster was supposed to be Meat Loaf, but his voice is more like Steven Tyler.

@fisherlady "he" has a comb. Any of your girls have combs at birth?
The first pip has gotten a little bigger, the fourth is further along. Maybe an inch already.

Congrats! They're looking good!

So my poor little turkey chick was screaming outside today. I think Mama chicken was having a hard time keeping it warm. It was screaming so loud I could hear I in the house. So... I both them both inside for the next couple days. The chick was so cold and has quieted right down now. Thankfully Hubby wasn't upset. :D
