Hen keeps laying yolks only?!

Just an update. Yesterday Tuffy laid a small, but normal egg.

Hopefully this means shes getting things sorted out! Today she spent a lot of time in the nest box, but didn't lay anything. We'll see how it goes...
 
My hen is doing the same thing!! No shell no white, just a yolk. Did it ever work herself out? Mine gets more ten enough calcium and all my other hens are fine.
It is either a yolk only egg or and shell less egg.
