goose nest box?

would 1.5 by 1.5 ft be a good size nest box for my production toulouse?  and do geese need nest boxes on the ground and do they even lay in a nest box?

10 layers, 8 Meat Birds  2 Geese , 1 Duck, 2 Bulldogs, 2 Guinea Pigs, 2 Beehives, & Tilapia Fish

Sounds minimum to me, mone like the 2 by 2. By all means on the ground if you expect them to hatch , dirt floor is best it helps to hold moistue. mine did but it took them a while to get the idea of what they were for.

Mine is happy with an old covered plastic dog house. The dogs don't use it.
