Please help me sex Polish and Silkie Chickens

They are 5 months old. We have a white silkie and a black silkie:

We have two white pollish:
Polish #1:

Actually, both polish afros look different. One is more of a circle. I guess I need to get better pics. What about the silkies? Is there a way to tell?
 
The Polish look like roos and the Silkies are completely stumping me. I want to say both roos, but I have been wrong many times.
