I've only used fondant a couple times, but really like it. I'm impressed that you make your own. Care to share your recipe and instructions?

VERY cool. I wish you lived closer to make a cake for DD for b-day number 7 next fall. Here's the one I made for her although it doesn't hold a candle to your artistry. I bought a horse-shaped cake pan at JoAnn Fabrics and decorated with with grocery store icing.
