Does anybody want to show off their cages and brooders? If so just post a picture.

Nice set up. Did you buy thay feeder or did you make it? Here is the inside of one of my breeder cages.

Nice cage. My wire is not level right now. I need to fix it bad. A coyote knocked off the board going down the middle so I know what I'll be doing today.

This is what mine are in right now. It measures approximately 3' wide by 8' long by 2 1/2' high (inside height):

Before the rat problem they were in 2x2x2 and 2x4x2 cages, and some were in a cage I made that measured 36"x30"x12".

Yeah, that's supposed to be my guinea egg collector, but with this cage being so deep (and me not thinking to put a door on the wire side) I needed something to 'grab' the eggs out of the far back corner

The zip-ties are there because I had to cut a 'door' in the wire so I could use the guinea egg collector to get the eggs...I guess I figured they'd be nice and lay all their eggs in the 'house' section of their pen

ETA: the zip ties were used to 'close' the door that was cut into the wire, until the rats figured out that the zip ties were 'easy' to break

The door is better reinforced now, no more zip ties

ETA again: Just in case anyone was wondering, the guinea egg collector is a spaghetti 'spoon' duct-taped to the end of a 6' cane pole...how hillbilly is that?
