Baby Bantie Roo: quiet and gentle breeds?

Hello!
I'm thinking about ordering a baby roo come springtime as a companion to my bantam girls.

One is a docile, affectionate Cochin, and the other is a sweet, shy American Game hen. He must be quiet (to preserve neighborly relations) and gentle. They will be 2 years old in May.
Is there a bantam breed that fits this description?

I love having roos, for several reasons -- but roos crow. If anyone ever develops a crowless roo, there will be a huge scramble for them, and some breeder will retire rich pretty quick like!

Are you sure your neighbors would mind? I wouldn't have, at any point in my life, whether I had chickens or not! Some of us nuts like the sound.
 
I have a silkie roo that I have only heard crow once. and it was not very loud. he probably crows but I dont hear him. He is very gentle I can hold him no problem and he is good with his girls. I also have an EE roo with the big girls that free range. He does crow some but we are in the middle of nowhere and he seldome comes by the house.
 
I think the Cochins are more docile. I have a silkie Roo, he is the meanest little thing I ever stepped in the pen with. Have more silkies, praying they are more docile if Roos. I have read other accounts of mean silkie roos. However, I love silkies and showgirls!! They are too small to do me damage.
 
Okay, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here I go. I've been looking into getting a flock of mixed birds, both standard and bantam size. I would love to get a rooster but it would have to be quiet and gentle, because I have little brothers and my dad works at home sometimes, so it would have to not upset him with the noise. Does anybody know of a quiet gentle rooster? It could be any fancy or Regular Show dual-purpose, whatever. But it would have to be pretty looking, have a nice temperament, gentle gentle gentle, be able to protect his girls, and quiet. Please help!

There are roosters who are quieter then others,but that just depends on the rooster,you do not need a rooster if your neighbors do not like wnat crowing.

There are no crow collars they make the crow softer,less louder.

I actually have a Cochin cockerel right now,and they are not shy.He doe snot like beng touched.This is just bantams for you.Roosters are so cocky but small.I doubt you will find one super calm and quite.
