feeding leftover turkey to chickens???

Wondering if it's ok to feed our leftover turkey to my chickens. I know it is not healthy for dogs but........
Anyone????

I have some VERY HAPPY chickens right now. I warmed the whole turkey carcass up in the microwave and they attacked it.
