Not sure if our chicks are going to be hens or roosters yet.  If they are hens we are going to name them: Henrietta, Clucky, Rosa, and Henny Penny.  If they are roosters, they won't gets names just a trip to freezer camp.

Our current hens are named Maya, Buckbeak and Applejuice.  New chicks aren't all named.  Lilly, Sophie, Olivia, Bella, and I am being told one of them is named Poopoo... apparently my older kids named one for my 2 year old. Names are subject to change as personalities and individual traits develop. DH and I told the kids we're naming the cornish Lunch and Dinner.  They didn't love those names, though!

I have decided not to name most of them until we know what they are going to look like (we have mostly EEs). I thought about Z.B. for the barred rock, since DH calls them "zebra chickens". (Z.B...like Zebra, only shortened). I will have one black Australorpe...I thought about Raven for her, or something like that. I am waiting on the EEs to feather out though.

Proud mama to 8 babies: 4 EEs, 2 BRs, and 2 BAs.
