Ice water is exactly 32* you have 31* ice trying to turn into 33* water my thermometer has an external probe and a potentiometer/ trimmer pot I can calibrate it with I check the el cheapo's from wally world against this good one
it is amazing how many of them are right I do not think the warm brooders bother the el cheapos as much as a humid wet incy after a couple 6-12 hatches I see the displays disappear
