HELP! How long to remove chicks after hatching in incubator?

I have a friend who had quail. then all of a sudden I had quail. and they lay eggs like crazy..

Your best bet is to go onto your local thread within byc and link up with someone near to you.

I am in Wisconsin so our thread is Cheeseheads.

look under the thread finder for
"where am I, where are you?"

I tried eggs through the mail. nothing but one disaster after another.. and not even to mention unscrupulous people..

look on local craig's list , too..
shop around, sooner or later you will hit it lucky .

My wife was looking for a 2002 Buick LaSabre for over 3 years.. last week she found a really nice one.. and she bought it.

I had some chicks hatch last Monday and now my second batch have hatched today. Can I put these chicks with the chicks that hatched last week?

give the new chicks two or three days to learn how to eat and walk decently, then you should be able to put them together.
the pecking order is not real strong in baby chicks.
goslings are a different story. older goslings perceive the younger goslings as competition . they will go out of their way to kill the young ones.
