Do chickens almost always hatch at 21 days?

Its my first time hatching too , I'm on on lockdown (day 18) i am sooo excited as well!!!!!!

I have eleven eggs sitting under my broody Silkie. The babies will be silkie and mixed silkie/RIR. The temp will be between 60 and 80 when they hatch here in GA next week, maybe 45 at night. Is that warm enough in an ex-rabbit hutch with no mom chicken? Should I keep her in there for a couple weeks? Thanks!
