Strangely curious chicken lady with 1 DH (who can confirm this), 1 DS, 1 DD, 1 rottie, a rabbit, Umpteen Orps and few other mixed and pure breeds, 4 ducks and 4 dangerous embden geese, *take cover!!! they WILL do damage!* Next on the list:- RHEA

I have 2 like that, super cute as they feather in. One has got some gold barring or lacing coming through on the brown. Neither one stayed a solid brown, I wish I could post pics, but at this point, im out of luck! I think it is too early for the gender though. Very sweet little chick you have there!!
Good luck!

I raise *B/B/S Orps* *Lavender Orps* *Pure Ameraucanas and Marans (Thinking Olive Eggers)* * LF Cochins* *BLRW's* *Silkies*   I also have a crazy mixed flock of gotta haves     Lovin' every minute of it!!

I believe this one is the same as yours  - buff/black orpington mix

Day old (you can see a tiny comb already and not so on the buff)
