quail color mutations

Thread Starter

Can someone show me pictures of all the color mutations of coturnix quails and some information about them? And are there such thing as platinum and silver coturnix quail color mutations and are they rare?

go to stellargamebirds.com that's quaillady's site. she has great pics.
also, platinum, silver and blue are mutations found in europe and canada,as far as i know there's NONE in the u.s. at this time. darned things are waaaaaaaaay to expensive to get shipped over here!

With slow Internet I get scared rewording things on pages because the photos can be lost. Hughes net Internet sad but these names I get from other breeders across the globe. I can put one here with alternative names tho. Once the Internet comes back on. Rain bands from the gulf are hitting now.
