Yes, I too thank you for giving us the link.  I want to use it in a safe manner rather then other chemicals, and feel that I am doing some good.

I give it to my chickens, dust their coop with it & I eat 1tbls every day!

It's helped with my arthritis, tremendously

I usually take it with some applesauce or just a glass of water.

I was just researching DE for my chicks and found that people use it to help with human ailments, also. Fascinating! How quickly did it help with your arthritis? I'm going to try to get my parents to try it...

I love perma-guard shell flour food grade codex DE. I use it in and on animals and I take 1 tablespoon everyday.

i just had to share some pics of my chooks loving their sand and DE

its in a big cat sand tray and it does spray every where when 4 chickens all get in at once but i figure i am putting it down on the coop floor any way
