No, it will be either 100 sqft per pair or 50 sqft per pair (not including shelter) depending on the birds. Made to be flexible from three to six pens.
 
Nice looking pen,but I think you need more upright supports.Since your in N.Y.,you get the same if not more snow then we do here in N.H.Snow is very heavy.Mine are 6 feet apart and they seem to do fine.

Thanks for the input. This is just the rough framing. The supports will be five feet when done. You can't see from the pics, but there are diagonal braces in the top frame, as well. Thank you for the pics. How many birds do you have?
