deformed egg. possible nutrition issue?

So we had a chicken lay 2 eggs today. And she hasn't missed a day in weeks but the second egg was deformed where it had a darn ans the pucker was weak. Also the egg didn't have an attached white it was jist yolk and watery on the inside. She's never payed 2 eggs in a day before. Should I be concerned about the deformed egg? She is a Rhode island red, 8.5 months old and has been laying for 3 months.

I wouldn't be concerned unless it became a regular event. Every hen has an "oops!" every once in awhile. Just make sure she has plenty of oyster shell at her disposal and a good quality layer feed.
