How to be considered a mini-farm?

This is a bit off the OP topic- but speaking of taxes. If you sell a few dozen eggs during a month (no crazy amount of sales) do you need to file taxes on that?

Legally, you're supposed to report ALL income
You're also sometimes required to follow other regualtions to sell "farm products"​

I know here in Michigan if you plan to file taxes as a farm the state says you have sell $200 worth of product off the property you own. whether it bee, trees or animals its all about the Dollars.
 
Hi, thta tis how I sell my eggs, I donot report the money, it is about 12 to 24 a week.
