Snake repellent

Try the search function of the forums. There have been a number of threads lately about snakes. Scientific studies say none of those things work. Folk wisdom says they all work.

I don't use any of them. I keep my eye out for snakes and relocate them when they show up.
 
I live in Arkansas and we live in a snake area and we have found them in our yard. I have a wide path of sulfur around our coop and around the house and we have put moth balls around the house. We have no snakes around the coop or the yard as of yet. I do put down more sulfur after it rains though and I am keeping my fingers crossed. Trudy
