Try to be done before December 31(closing date), better yet be done before so you have more editing time. You can do as many pictures as you like, the team "leader" (forgot official title) will help pick out which ones actually make it into the book.

I have work, and with school starting back up, my schedule is a little hectic at times.
I will need someone pretty good with the listed requirements, just in case things get crammed on my end. They shouldn't, but still.
