Candling

Having candled some eggs tonight I noticed this one looking rather different to the spider effect you get when fertile. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if its fertile. My guess is NOT, but I am only novice to this. Thank you for your time, Cheers Simon

I don't anything about candling quail eggs which is why i'm here...but that looks like a blood ring to me. Either way...definitely fertile, but I think its dead.

novice maybe, but you are really good at candling and photography! What are you using to candle that tiny egg?

thats a blood ring chick started to develop then died if you get eggs over internet youll see alot of that due to ruff handling
chick is dead throw it out or it might blow up had that happen before smells nasty and can infect rest of eggs with bacteria and kill them
