Can I move 5 Week Old Chicks to a Coop?

Hey guys and gals, I want to get our chickens out of the brooder and outside into their coop. The temps tend to be highs in the 60's and lows in the 30's at night right now. The chicks are 5 weeks old now and are feathered out very well (pics attached). Even though we are getting into the 30's at night is it ok to move them out without a heat lamp?

you definitely can! My chickens went outside into the coop at the age of 1 week.

Mine are going on 6 weeks, and I wonder if they DO still need a heat lamp.  We have about the same temps here.

They are fully feathered, they're good to go!  If you're still feeling a bit concerned, make sure that there aren't any drafts that will be blowing over them when on the roost.
