NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!!

I always bring my babies in the house and put them in my spare bathtub with a 250 watt infered 250 watt bulb for a couple of weeks. You can tell if they are hot or cold by the they try to get away from the geat if they are hot and huddle too glose together if they are cool.

Humans can have health and respiratory issues from too much exposure .. especially to dry poop being inhaled that's why some recommend a mask while cleaning poo .. That said I have a Nursery and my youngest is 10 years old a separate room.. that I almost always have babies in chicks of different stages baby ducks a fragile chick .. Currently I have two pens in there . but at times have had more. ~ I Have a need to be close to my babies

Your setup looks good but you need to take the big feeder & waterer out and put small ones in so they will have more room to run as you have to give them fresh water everyday anyway or it will sour on you and the babies will get sick.. and get you a new therm.. They look fine the way they are spread out..

Your set up looks great. Bringing them in is your choice. And it will give you peace of mind. We got our chicks yesterday, left them in an unheated room last night and they did ok,( with a heat lamp) but it warmed up today and the temperature fluctuated too much. I'm bringing them in tonight. They can go back out when they are a little bigger. We all feel better.

Just a quick update! All the little girls are doing great and growing quick! I took the divider out of the box already and they are running like crazy back and forth spreading their little wings! Temp is great! I did notice they do move back and forth how they want to either warm up under the light, or cool off out of it. They are an active bunch.

Here some pics of the cuties!!
