How to get my chicks to "like" me and cuddle

Chicks 47- I live in Wyoming, and the daytime temps have been around 80 lately. Yesterday it was around 70, maybe a little higher and they did fine. The next few days are supposed to be colder and windy, so I'm not sure if we will make it outside with them. When it's in the low 80's they tend to seek out shady areas anyway.

Thanks for all your responses. I also have a barred rock chick named Snookie. She is the best out of the four. she is the most calm. I will take them outside today and play. I try to spend 15 minutes with them each in my lap. Its a great site to see the little chick fall asleep in your lap.

Hi I have to chicks a Brown Leghorn and a Americana. They are the sweetest thing! What i do is sit in the floor and put my legs in a circle, and they will crawl on my leg up my chest and in the side of my neck. I assume you have a bunch but maybe choose two or three individual chicks and socialize with them!!!! Good Luck;);)

Seriously, meal worms!!! My chickens used to run away and then I started giving the meal worms and now they follow me and are lap chickens :-D

I have an ISA Brown and 5 other chicks that are all different breeds. I will try these methods. They are chicks now, about a week and a half old. Thanks for the help.

I give mine a little bit of oats. It took two days. Now mine will perch in my hand to grab the oats. One of my four chicks is two weeks older. She will perch on my hand when I tickle her chest. She used to run away. That was two days of getting treats from me. I also pop some popcorn. They seem to think popcorn is fun too.
