These came from a bin at TSC marked mixed reds. They are 7 weeks old. Can anyone tell their breed or gender?

They almost look like my 5 week old partridge rock...almost. She doesn't have those white feathers on her though. Hmm...I'm interested to see what yours look like when they are full grown. =)

Do you have pics of your partridge rocks? And by Rocks I hope no relation to Cornish Rocks! I never want to experience them again!

I'll have to go get some pics of my Partridge Rock...I only have a few pics when she was a week old. She looks very different now at 5 weeks. lol I think the Cornish Rocks you are referring to are a cross...meat birds. I do have one Cornish, but she is white. We bought two meat birds, but lost one to leg issues last week.

I had 5 Cornish Rocks, 1 rooster and 4 hens. The rooster was aggresive towards our 2 year-old granddaughter so he went to live with my son and his fiance. 3 of the hens just up and died, 1 developing severe foot problems. 1 left; so far healthy and still laying. Never again! I hope the white in these chicks isn't from Cornish Rocks!

They look like a partridge rock cross. The color (brown and barred black) is classic partridge rock- but not the white, leading me to think it is a cross with something like a leghorn.
