Neon green poop?

Found this in my breeding pen, and im a little concerned:




I just de-wormed everyone yesterday, and the pen that is pooping is mt indoor breeding pen with only three birds in it.
What causes neon green poop? Is it the de-wormer?
 
I have not seen that, but probably. I have noticed dark shiny green poop after they ate red cabbage, so what they eat can color the poop. That's what caused me to open this thread, remembering that. I personally would not worry about that.

Ok, new issue...
I figured out what was pooping Neon, as he is now fluffed up and sleeping a lot. Hes eating and drinking but only a little. Steve (A show breeder) at the tractor supply said that neon poop could be an indicator that he ate something that he was not supposed to. The only thing that I can think of is that I de-wormed him the day before? Could he be reacting badly to it?
Anyone else have any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Or what I should do for him?

I agree! From my experience, neon green poop means the chickens body is not processing food properly. Hope you get it figured out and guy turns out to be ok!

Probiotics are already in his water but I'll have to go out and get more baby Vitamins.
Its just odd because it came on so suddenly. He was acting 100% fine, got into a fight with my rooster, then I de-wormed him and BAM! Ugh just my luck...
 
Ok, after talking with a bunch of poultry friends, we have narrowed it down to the de-wormer. I had to of accidentally given him to much of it. Its the only thing we can think of.
I was told I should try and flush his system, I have been giving him yesterday and this morning syringes full of water and a little probiotics. I have been trying to be careful not to get any in his lungs.
Does anyone know how often I should be doing this? What I should add or take out of the flush?
 
OH!! I think the flushing might be helping :D Hes eating again!!!
 
And he is doing 1,000 times better.
We narrowed it down to the de-wormer. I followed the instructions on the bottle. 2CC's of mixture per standard sized bird. I have now been told to give 1 cc per 5 pounds to be safe.
What I did was I made a mixture of electrolytes, probiotics, and water, and literally flushed his system. I pumped him full of water to keep his kidneys and organs keep moving the water threw them to get rid of the bad stuff. I tempted him with his favorite treats (Bread and corn mush) and was able to convince him each day to eat enough food to keep him alive.
Now he is back to his old self, crowing up a storm and displaying for his hens :D
