Rhode Island Red Rooster or Hen? Help Please! (plenty of photos)

Around 10 weeks old, I'm not sure this little guy/gal is truly a pullet. He's always very eye catching and finds a way to stand out from everybody else and I'm concerned that this might be a dude. He always has had more of a developed comb and wattles and he seems a little stand-offish compared to the other 34 chickens and duck. Any help figuring out what he/she is would be appreciated.

Looks like a roo to me.
 

Jakk... Homeschooling mom of four kids, two dogs, three cats, more chickens than I can count...and trying to resist the urge to fill the incubator!

Stephanie in VA  3 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 14 chickens- hens: 2 leghorns, 2 golden comets,         2 australorps, 2 barred rocks, 1 NH Red, 1 LF buff brahma. Roosters: LF light brahma, 2 bantam cochins (1 black/multi colored frizzle, and one buff/red colored) blue orpington. My neighbors RIR rooster has recently moved in. I guess he is staying too

but i will go with you guys and say roo...lol i just looked again at my RIR roo, but he is over a year old. I guess this chick just looked like an older pullet to me at first  :)
