I have a broody Blue Cochin (large hen) can I put serama eggs under her?

You can put fertile eggs under her. I put Cherry Egger and Dominique eggs under a broody Jersey Giant 3 weeks ago tomorrow June 2 and as of an hour ago I have one hatched and 2 more pips.. So yes it will work. All I did was take out the the infertile eggs she was sitting on and replaced them with the fertilized ones and it worked.
 
My Speckled Sussex is currently happily sitting on a nest of bantam frizzles and sizzles. They do fine as long as it is an egg.
