Day 22 and NOTHING! Chick out but problems?

Well our little chick hatched out at about 8 last night. My husband ended up helping it out b/c he just couldn't take it anyone. I was pretty upset with him for doing that. It's been 14 hrs now and the chick is not walking and it will only lay on one side. It's still drying but its almost done I guess. I picked it up to try and get it to stand and it starting leaking clear fluid on me. Please tell me that this is normal? I'm worried for this little one. Our other 3 eggs are at day 24 and show no signs of hatching so I'm thinking we lost those.

Hi, not sure if you will see this or not but the chick that hatched out is perfectly fine, growing like a weed, haha. We unfortunately did lose the others though. My daughter has named this one Lightening and he or she acts it! Thank you for checking in though.
 
I just saw this, I'm so sorry! But I'm thrilled to hear that your little one made it! Lightening - I love it. And I hope you have better luck next time. :)

It amazes me that they can tell something is wrong with them but I believe you are right.
