Hmm it looks very similar to what my hen had. Have you felt it at all? Is it he's or soft? Mines wa hard.

I see it isn't under the eyelid, I think that might count out parasites then.

My 3 month Pekin hen also has something so similar to this! At first just a lump on her lower eyelid and then I noticed that her actual eye started to swell and a bit of bubbly liquid from it. I took her to the vet and she was on antibiotics and I've just been flushing it out with normal saline. But this morning she scratched it and it bled a bit so I had a look underneath and it looks similar to yours but not as healed yet. So I've just left her. Here's hoping it just falls off soon! Is your hen ok now? Any relapses?
