Is that calcium deposit?

Are they lacking of something?

Looks more like excess bloom. It appears to be on top of the pigment which is deposited after the calcium shell is formed.

This is the 25th egg that my flock layed so far, how come its the first one that have bloom on?

They all have bloom on. This is the first one that the pullet put to much on. Things like that happen, more often with pullets just starting out.
