My roosters combs are becoming discolored, this is only happening to the roosters none of the hens have any of this. At first I was thinking frostbite but I do not think they have had any exposure to moisture and cold enough temps, the coop is staying very dry and well ventilated. Anyone have any ideas what else this could be?

Your roosters have frost bitten combs. The blackened points and part of the comb will eventually dry up and fall off. Winter is frequently natures way of dubbing. The lower edges of their wattles also look frost bitten.

Dubbing is the practice of surgically removing the combs and wattles on game fowl. Some people apply vaseline or antibiiotic ointment to the affected parts. I'm not certain of how much good it does.
