Chicken with a neck inury

We found a chick with a neck wound about 4 days ago. We used Blue Kote on it right away, but she didn't like it.
The wound looks likes it scabbing over but she's picked all around it taking away a bunch of her neck feathers. So far we have some anti itch spray, liquid bandage, and now put a baby's sock around her to try and keep her from picking at herself. We've had it on her for a few minutes and its all she can focus on. Should we leave it on her or take it off?





 
I would continue with the Blu-Kote and take the sock off. I'm sure the injury hurts and itches and the chick just needs something else to focus on. The sock gives it something new but will also attract the attention of the others as well. I would keep her sprayed and when you do maybe throw down a treat right after so it has something else to think about.
 
I would not bandage it thats just going to keep moisture in, I also would not use anti itch cream, I would apply betadine or blue kote and let it be
