How Many Homebrewers do we have out there!

My first batch was just raisins, orange, yeast, honey, and water. The second batch was apple juice, honey, yeast, clove, and cinnamon.I'm just about to rack them for the second time, then bottling the first batch to age for a couple months. The second batch needs a LOT more time to clarify I think!
 
Started 2 gallons of cranberry/apple melomel today. Ran the specific gravity and it says it will ferment out to 12% ABV. guess that will be served in small glasses!
