Do double yolks mean twin chicks?

Ok the first is what my eggs have looked like so far with one blob, but tonight I saw that one had 2 blobs and they moved! A lot!
Fingers crossed it goes well, this will hopefully bet first batch of eggs that make it!
 
It has been done successfully but as people say it is rare and timing is tricky esp if both chicks do not turn there is a risk of drowning for one or both. In my youth I worked with parrots and my mentor hatched out a set of conure twins successfully and I did witness this. He was a very skilled and experienced parrot person however.

Today we are attempting to hatch out a set of twins...well today possibly tomorrow the others in the clutch at pipping and one is hatched so I have to decide soon to assist the twins..so far they have not pipped so I am not sure.

This is however a video I found online of an apparently successful assisted twin hatch. I have a good success rate with assisted hatches though none were twins so we will see. I will try and document it with video if I go ahead
