My chicken eggs have been incubating 14 days and I forgot I turned my cabinet hovabator on manual so 2 days later I noticed the trays wasnt turning until I put it back on auto. So does anybody know what will happen if eggs aren't turned for atleast 2 days because I have about a 100 eggs incubating. Thanks

I understand better. The two days were 12, 13, into 14.

Frankly, most will be fine. However, those particular days are critical days for turning. You may find a slightly lowered hatch rate. There are a few studies published on the web. I googled for them one time. In a nutshell, the test involved three groops of eggs and hatch rates were compared to three different scenarios of turning. Not turning until day 5, stopped turning for a fe days in the middle, stopped turning later in the incubation cycle, etc. That kind of thing.

Following the accepted turning rates provided the highest hatch rates. Pretty much what was expected. Unfortunately, the critical days are indeed those middle days.

So, continue on. Many of the eggs will likely hatch just fine. You just might have a reduction in hatch.
