Cuckoo Maran mix?

In may I purchased some chicks from a local hatchery. I ordered all pullets, six EE"s and four Cuckoo Marans. One of the Marans has deep orange legs,feathers more grey than black with white and now I noticed it is getting some brownish feathers just starting to come in around the neck. I assume she is a mix?

Here are some pics of the chick in question. I guess she is about 15 weeks now. Supposed to be a Cuckoo Marans but as you see has yellow legs, more grey in color rather than black and although it doesn't show in the pics she has a very little bit of brown coming in on her neck. A mix?

If it were me, a very irate phone call to that hatchery would be my first order of business this week.

That "hatchery" doesn't seem very professional if they'd send you mixes instead of what you ordered.
